JSC "Du Medu" is a small bakery which was founded on the base of a family business.

The director of the enterprise took over many years of experience together with traditions of bread baking from his parents - representatives of organic agriculture -

Regina and Jonas Racickai.

Only organic, healthy and natural production is made in the bakery. 
Baking traditions of rye bread are cherished the most. One more important thing is that organic home-baked bread is liked by customers not only that it is home-baked, but also that it is made from grains which are grown in the family's farm - this shows the greatest guarantee of quality and trust.  

Control of Bakery's production and its raw stuff is performed constantly.
